A career built in two languages: strategy & humanity.
I started my career inside global talent functions — building hiring engines, advising CHROs, and watching, up close, what separates the leaders who scale from the ones who plateau.
The answer was rarely strategy. It was positioning — of self, of story, of the room they chose to enter.
Noviore Consulting was born from the demand for a more discerning advisory. Ascend with Neha was born from the women asking me, quietly: “can you coach me too?”
Today, the two brands work in tandem — placing exceptional leaders inside ambitious organisations, and building the leaders ambitious organisations will fight to hire next.
